Layout	The single-level plan shows a bed at one end, a kitchenette counter along the wall and bathroom facilities at the opposite end.
Exterior	The brochure presents a pitched roof, light exterior walls and substantial bedroom-side glazing. Roof colour and finishes follow the selected available package.
Interior	The plan combines sleeping space and kitchenette facilities in a single-level arrangement with a separate bathroom.
Materials	Glass and cement fibreboard form part of the supplied material specification. Sanitary fittings and air-conditioning are provided according to the agreed fit-out.
Structure	Galvanised tubular frame structure.
Insulation	Polyurethane foam insulation with glass wool or rock wool, according to the selected specification. Thickness and performance values are available on request.
Bathroom Specification	The plan shows WC, basin and shower facilities. Final fixture details and water-heating provisions are confirmed in the specification.
Kitchen Specification	The layout shows a kitchenette counter with sink and cooking-position symbols. Cabinet and sink provisions are included according to the agreed package; appliances require confirmation.
Electrical	Request the electrical schedule for the selected model, including supply requirements, connected load, lighting and socket provisions.
