The Rituheadways D5 brings a bedroom, seating area and bathroom into a distinctive modular cabin. It offers a layout for resorts, retreat accommodation and private guest suites that need space for both rest and relaxation.

Product Specifications

Dimensions	8,500 × 3,300 mm, length × width. Overall height is available on request.
Carpet and Built Up Area	Approximate external rectangular footprint: 28.05 m² or 302 sq ft, calculated from plan dimensions. Carpet area is available on request.
Capacity	Occupancy or seating capacity depends on the final layout and intended use. Contact our team for the capacity of your selected configuration.
Layout	The illustrated arrangement includes a bed, lounge seating and bathroom facilities, with a side entrance and glazed end.
Exterior	An angular white shell, dark glazing and a covered front section define the exterior shown in the brochure.
Interior	The interior example combines a sleeping zone with lounge seating, warm wall finishes and integrated lighting.
Materials	Glass and cement fibreboard form part of the supplied material specification. Sanitary fittings and air-conditioning are provided according to the agreed fit-out.
Structure	Galvanised tubular frame structure.
Insulation	Polyurethane foam insulation with glass wool or rock wool, according to the selected specification. Thickness and performance values are available on request.
Bathroom Specification	The brochure illustrates a shower, WC and vanity arrangement. Final fittings, finishes and service requirements are confirmed with the quotation.
Kitchen Specification	Cabinet and sink kitchenette provisions can be discussed within the selected fit-out; placement and equipment are confirmed in the final plan.
Electrical	Request the electrical schedule for the selected model, including supply requirements, connected load, lighting and socket provisions.
HVAC	Air-conditioning is provided according to the selected package. Unit capacity and ventilation provisions are confirmed in the final specification.
Customisation Options	Explore the brochure layout and discuss compatible interior, exterior and fit-out changes with our team. Available options are confirmed for the selected model.
Installation	Factory-prepared unit for dispatch. Site support, lifting access, positioning and utility connections are planned for the project location and agreed delivery scope.
